Donor-ready policies in Arabic and English, prepared by a practitioner in NGO finance and HR. We start with a fixed-price gap review: a two-page report comparing your policies with a standard donor checklist.

- Starter: 290. Three core policies in one language, in 7 working days.
- Standard: 690. Six core policies in Arabic and English, in 10 working days (HR, finance and procurement, safeguarding and PSEA, code of conduct and conflict of interest, anti-fraud and anti-corruption, data protection).
- Complete: 1,290. Standard plus up to 10 job descriptions, a salary scale framework and a staff handbook, in 15 working days.
- Arabic and English localisation of HR or programme documents: 0.05 per word, minimum 50.

- You tell us your size, country and activities.
- We agree scope, fixed price and date in writing before work starts.
- We tailor your documents. Drafts are AI-assisted, and our founder reviews and approves them before delivery.
- You review them, with one revision round included.
Terms
- Orders of 290 or more: 50% deposit and 50% on delivery. Smaller orders are paid upfront. Payment is by bank transfer and the details come with the written quote. No interest and no late-payment charges.
- If you cancel before work starts your deposit is refunded in full. After work starts we keep 25% of it.
- If we miss the agreed date by more than 5 working days you get 20% off the order total.
- The policies are templates adapted to your organisation, not legal advice. Check them against local labour and tax law. We do not guarantee approval by any donor.
- We decline sectors excluded by our policy: prohibited activities, interest-based lending and similar.
Who is behind it
The Studio was founded by Dr. Ahmed Alhaj, a medical doctor with mental health and psychosocial support experience who works as an NGO finance and HR manager. It is an independent project; no employer takes part in it or endorses it.
